powerbutton only works once every 30 seconds.

i have repaired more than 400 smartphones in the last year and has now stumpled into a problem i never have tried before, where an iphone 5s powerbutton only works the first time you click on it, and then stops functioning for about 30 sekunds to a minute. i have tried another powercable, but with no luck.
the funny thing is that both volume and mute buttons doesn't stop functioning, and works as they should.
someone who help me out?
