Which replacement digitizer, LCD and frame for Serial Number B0C9

My Kindle Fire HD 8.9" 16GB, serial number B0C9 has a cracked glass. I have tried ordering the proper replacement digitizer, lcd and frame with buttons but seem to get the frame without the card slot. Everything is identical with the exception of the card slot. I don't see any mention of the card slot model. The previous attempts everything fit and works except I cannot close the corner of the frame where the card reader is located because the replacement frame has a square plastic boss cast in place where the card reader needs clearance and the frame has the slot for the card deleted. How do I order the correct part?
