Stripped bottom screws on my iPhone5

I have the iPhone 5. I have stripped the bottom screws and can not get them out. I have read many iPhone reviews and answers but all I can seem to find are answers about the iPhone 4. The 5 does not have a back that just slides off. Any answers or suggestions on how I can remove these stripped screws?
