My phone getting mad

I upgraded my WP from 8.1 to 10 but my mobile become opening quick search , scrolling, click back bottom , go up & down quacking and stop responding

So that I close the screen and open again . The problem is gone

Recently, even I close the screen the problem appears again

I try to solve this problem by rest phone and get back WP 8.1 by recovery tools but the problem stills
