is there any way to know the one plus one is opened. I mean it has been in any repair. many brand leave their signatures on unrepaired phone like xiaomi has a mi branding on back of their phones and motorola has a white mark which turns to red if opened (repaired).

Look for any screws removed. If a screw has the nylon coating in multiple pieces, that means that the screw has been removed. Broken clips are a telltale sign of back removal, and unoriginal (thicker or thinner than normal) adhesive holding the screen in are also signs.
