2000 Land Rover rear brakes locked up
rear brakes locked when I got vehicle, replaced all rear brake components, and bled, there is no line obstruction, and the pump works when connected directly to battery but not on it's normal grid?, the relay is not bad, what else can I try, all new brake system and components, yet still, no brakes 8(

I have seen rare cases where the flex-hose from the chassis to the axle tube can be swollen just enough to act as a check-valve, causing rear to lock.
