You can listen to radio by buying an iPod Radio Remote accessory for iPod nano.
iPod Radio Remote attaches to iPod nano using the Dock connector cable.

Here is a link to the user guide for an Apple Ipod radio remote. It details what to do to get the FM radio working on your Ipod. You need the Ipod radio remote accessory to get radio working in the Ipod.
I have a black iPod nano its the 8GB and I really want to know how you manage radio into the I Pod
