iPhone 5 speaker buzzing

Hey. A few weeks ago i did something stupid, while eating ice-cream i accidentally dropped my iPhone 5 into it. It landed on the bottom. when i cleaned it, i checked if the charging port thing works and it did. But when i tested the speakers i could hear everything but there is a slight buzzing sound which doesn't make it as clear. What should i do to fix this? i haven't tried much
