How can I fix gamepad rumble / vibration motor?
My rumble feature has stopped working after my last repair (replaced the digitizer) and I can't figure out how to get to the motor.

Hey Kevin, before you confirm that a part is actually damaged, I'd recommend that you disassemble(start from step 13) then reassemble it. If it still doesn't work, try to follow what Nintendo recommends you to do. If it doesn't work after that means the rumble motor is broken and needs a replacement.

I've actually just finished disassembling and reassembling the gamepad - I successfully replaced the digitizer (which is not fused to the LCD as indicated in the teardown but uses a pretty weak adhesive that can be pried apart and reconnected). The rumble was working before I did this so I was hoping to find information on exactly what connection I may have missed/broken. I've also made sure the gamepad is fully charged and the rumble setting is enabled.
Power it off first and unscrew the screws behind the battery and Just Disconnect and Reconnect the battery Wii U GamePad Akku tauschen
