Why won't my headset connect to my PC?

I have my headset on and my wireless button on for my headset. On my PC I have my wireless dongle plugged in and turned on correctly but my PC is not recognizing it like it usually does.

Einstellungen

You may not have the correct drivers installed on your PC to work with the device. Try going to the PDP website and look for the Afterglow Fener headset drivers, or look for them on google. Once they are downloaded, it should work with your PC.
