Laptop power goes on and off screen doesnt turn on
My packard bell window 7 power goes on and off. Screen doesn't turn on.
If anyone has any tips please help.

try these steps:
- remove the RAM, and turn the laptop on, if the screen turns on then it is the RAM
- put the RAM back, remove the hdd. if it turns on then it is the hdd
- put the hdd back, get a new system board (if it is a laptop) or new vga card if it is a desktop
