Why my Note touch screen didn't recognize my finger?

There is a middle horizontal wide line in my note's screen didn't recognize my finger even it response to the Spen, could any one help ?

It's must be Digitizer of the screen, any touchscreen contain 2 part, 1st LCD to display the image, 2nd Digitizer which act as a Sensor of the finger, well it must be digitizer...
