I cant play with my wireless communication on

When I enter a game or an app it said "An error has occurred. Hold down the Power Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again." I do it but still don't work... and that only happens when the wireless communication is on.

Step 1. Uninstall the Game

Step 2. Reinstall the Game

Step 3. This is a software issue so if this doesn't work than try a different game.
