No sound on incoming calls and no vibration
My iPhone 5s has no sound or vibration on incoming calls the power switch is unable to switch the phone on or off.The rest works fine
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Wondering if resetting to factory settings is the answer. A hard reset is out of the question while his power button out...

I tried factory resetting it is now ringing but no vibration but is much better .Thanks for the advice

When you say it has no sound on incoming calls, do you mean you cannot hear the other person talking through the earpiece speaker or that the ringtone (loudspeaker) is not working?

Hi
What I meant is that when someone calls my number the ringer isn't ringing I just see that someone is calling .The ringer isn't ringing and the vibrator not vibrating.When I answer I can communicate with the caller I can hear them and they can hear me as well.

I'm having a similar problem with my 5s. When I'm away from my home wi-fi connection, I can't seem to receive calls. I can make outgoing calls but my phone doesn't ring or vibrate if someone is trying to call me. I only know someone has called me when a message comes up on the screen to say that somebody has tried to call.
