Close cover message when machine is closed on Brother T96

Message keeps coming up on display.

Cover open please close cover pls cover even when the cover is closed. I can't seem to get rid of message, on LCD Display Screen, this happened after machine was switched off and moved for a while, as we were sorting room out.
