Why does my tv get only partial the picture
The picture size gets cut off.
I can see that especially when I watch sports and the score on top gets cut off

Sounds like your display type is not set right. Go into the display menu and change the setting to "normal" or to "span". Try the the other settings, see which one looks right. Also change the display settings on your cable box or satellite box. Sometimes the settings are under "display" or "HDTV" or something like that.

Is it always cut off or does the only happen sometimes? Post an image of what your screen look like so we can see what you see.
