Ram error after upgrade

Hi iFixit !

After upgrade Ram in my Mac (was 4 GB 2x1 Samsung) now 20Gb (4gb 2x2 + 16 Gb 2x8) Mac start reboot time to time...

I did AHT and after 2 hours show me this error :

4 MEM/64/40000000 :0x88cd3018

WWT?

Help !!!

Did you use

RAM Type: PC3-10600 DDR3 Min. RAM Speed: 1333 MHz

Your problem is with the 16 GB sticks. This machine will support 32 GB of memory using four 8 GB modules.

UPDATE 2/10/16

pair the same size sticks in one pair of slots. Boot with the two 8s only the the same with the two fours. Make sure your EFI firmware has been updated and you are not using higher speed RAM and that this RAM is compatible with Mac.

This can also be bad RAM. Where did it come from? Are you getting any beeps?

Hi !

Yes, I was using 2x8 Gb 1333MHz Kingstone + 2x2 Gb 1333MHz Samsung ("original"). Shutdown happend only with games and FCPX for the moment!

Hi !Well, i tryed to do AHT without 2stick 2x2 , just 2x8 kvr kingstone 10600 1333..and i was surprised that test was passed !But unfortunaly kernel panic reports continuas !So now i erasing maximum security original HDD 500Gb ,after re install OS X El Capitan , and after that, gona try to make AHT and try to use games and apps those shown this panic messages.What you do you think?
