Cannot revert back to Windows 8.1 after upgrading to Windows 10.

I attempted to download Windows 10 on my Acer Aspire Switch 10 SW5-012-14K5. When the download was complete it said that the application could not be completed and attempted revert back to windows 8.1. For 2 days I let it go on and on and on and nothing happened. I tried rebooting, I tried the alt F10, the alt F12, the alt F8 and nothing. All II get is the Acer splash screen and then a quick C:\ flash and a blank screen with a dialog box that says please insert media disk and press ok. When I press ok the same dialog box comes up over and over again.

Is there any way I can recover my system. I can't get to my bios and I have no recovery disk, I have no cd drive and no way to get into my control panel to get to the system recovery.
