my printer wont print and all the lights are blinking

Firstly you have to uninstall the driver and restart the computer after that if you have a printer disc you can install from disc otherwise you have to download the driver form hp official website.

Try this:
Step 1
With the printer still turned on, disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer, if the printer has external power module with a detachable power cord disconnect it for 15 seconds and then reconnect it.
Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to drain the power.
Then disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.
Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable back to the wall outlet first, then the back of the printer.
Next, first press and hold the Cancel button and then the power button.
'Step 2
Press Setup on the product control panel.
The Setup menu displays.
Press 1 to select Print Report . The Print Report menu displays.
Press 4 to select Self-test report . The self-test report prints.
