I'm Luis, I created this guide and I'm going to try and help you as best as I can. I had to translate your question into English first, so pardon my mistakes. The best way to go about this is to first completely remove that black glue that is on the phone by heating it up and then scraping it off. These screen replacement guides were not really meant for the screen to go back on, at that point it would be to get an entirely new screen and replace it with that. However, I would recommend looking up "UV liquid glue" online. Here in the US we can get it on Amazon, but I'm not sure where you are located and if it is available to you. If you are able to get it, just evenly apply it on the edges of the phone and press down in order to ensure that the glue seals the phone and that the glue is not too thick.
