hi my ps4 powers on with the blue light clicks and goes off again all in about 1 second. I thought is was the PSU so i replaced it but its still the same. can you suggest anything else?

It could also be the Blue Light of Death. I had something similar a while ago but I can't really remember all of the details. The recommended solution was to download a file off of Sony's website to fix it. Ultimately that did not fix my issue completely and I had to send it in. So my main answer would be, if it's still under warranty, check that first.

The Blue Light of Death has nothing to do with software. It's caused but faulty joints between the motherboard and the APU. The video that I posted above will fix this issue most of the time, but not always.
