1 Why is my screen not turning on?
The screen is not functioning correctly or powering on. The screen may be black or distorted. The user cannot successfully use the device.

First check to see if the battery is charged by plugging in the the phone. If the device doesn't turn on in a few minutes then check to see if the button is stuck. Clean the dirt and residue around the button to allow proper function of the button. If then you can't turn on the phone on then that isn't the issue. You need to replace the screen because the LCDs in the screen are damaged.
