1 Why is my phone running slower than when I first bought it?
Phone is having trouble doing normal tasks, keeps freezing at times and possibly restarts by itself from time to time.

The software in the phone is outdated and needs to be updated for the device to run at a proper speed. Update the device by downloading the latest android software for maximum productivity of the device. Also if the device is running slow it might be due to an overload of memory. Delete some things off the phone to allow more memory for the phone to use to for running normal tasks.
