iBook - lost my downloaded books from my iPad2

I had a apple id in the beginning. Using that id i have downloaded some books. later on I changed my apple id and got a new one. I have downloaded lot of books. during synchronizing with my iMac I lost all my books downloaded from 2nd id. how can I get back those?
