Dim green light, won't power on

Macbook Pro 13 inch Mid-2010

SMC won't help, plugging out battery too. When you plug in magsafe you could barely see a dim green light. What could be the problem? Can it be fixed apart from micro soldering?

I tried different chargers(both working) and different magsafe boards(both working)

pls no "take it to the apple store" :( because all they do is replace parts, not fix them:(

You seem to be talking about two different machines here. Please stick with just the symptoms on one to avoid confusion and list the other as a separate question. Histories of the machines help.
