Where do I send for repair?

Hello,

My Kindle DX is out of warranty. I used it for 3 months and loved it! It stopped working after only a short time. I have had a new battery installed, but did not solve the problem. No one in my area seems to know how to fix it so I am unsure what to do at this point. Would it be possible to send it to you for diagnostic testing please? I so enjoyed this device and would really appreciate having the pleasure of using it again.
