will the glass panel for a kindle fire 7 2nd gen work on my kindle fire 7 HDX? if not where can I get the glass from my 7 HDX

No, the glass from the Kindle Fire 7 (2nd Gen) will not work in a Kindle Fire HDX 7". They have different dimensions so the glass is a different size.
