Speakerphone and camera mic replacement?

My camera and speakerphone mic is not working. Looking at diagram pictures there are two mics on the main board and one on the daughterboard. Is there any way these on the top can be repaired without replacing the entire motherboard? Could there be some other solution to this problem other than replacement?
