I was at apple store because my battery is draining very quickly.. they said that is related to software issues and they can't helpme... they suggested if they change the battery i will continue with the same problem.. please someone can helpme with any information about who can diagnose my phone problem?

Exactly how quickly is it draining? Also, is there any chance that the left side of the LCD looks like it's starting to lift out of the metal case at all?

It is depend, today drain in 10 min... crazy.. sometime can be 5 hours o just 1..
About lift out i can see something on top right side in the corner. Is a little but maybe is the problem.. what do you recommend?
Wow, the battery drained in ten minutes? that certainly is fast. Usually, when phones draining that quickly come into the shop and we open them up we find that the battery has swollen to twice its original size or more over time. Obviously theres not much extra room to begin with inside an iPhone, and the result is that the swollen battery will put enough pressure on the underside of the lcd to begin to push it out of the frame of the phone.It doesnt sound like yours is that bad yet but it may still be bloating and losing its chemicals
Sounds like the battery is bad and needs to be replaced. You can buy replacement ones from online stores like ifixit.
They said if i change the battery i will still have the same problem..
Has the phone been repaired before? Because it is quite possible one of the small little components near the battery connector may have been damaged when unplugging the battery.

The chance are 50% / 50% , some phone did getting better after changing the battery.

How fast is very fast?
