I hate to be the one to ask this but... is it the correct battery for the camera and is it a "fresh" battery?

Einstellungen

Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly. There should be plus and minus(+ -) on the batteries and on the battery place on the camera. I hope this works for you. Good luck!
