Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro not charging

3 months old Redmi 3 Pro

During the night it stopped charging at 30+ %. When plugged into a charger nothing happens. If device is off, it recognizes a charger has been plugged in, vibrates, displays the battery percantage, than it starts the whole process again - vibrates... Tried multiple chargers, multiple cables, multiple PCs. After nearly draining the battery it recognized the charger and charged to 40%, than stopped again... Have not been able to get it to charge again.
