Why does it not Print in certain spots?
certain text is missing even after I've cleaned the heads and replaced the cartridges.

Hi, I assume it happens when you print from a PC, is this correct? Try copying (or scanning) a page of text using the printer's control panel. Does it happen then as well? When you say 'certain text' can you give more detail? is it colour for instance or always the same area of the paper etc?
