Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Plastic worn out can affect the connection to the digitizer / touch screen cable.
As long as all the gold connection points connect fine to the ribbon cable then it's fine for now.
Otherwise the fpc connector would need to be replaced.

hi when i press the home button of the iphone 5s like double click it the lower part of the screen above the home button seems to move the liquid inside the screen when it's being pressed each time i use the home button although no problem with the sceeen currently , does it affect the screen later on ?
That's the pressure mark when you apply pressure to the screen, usually happens on lower-quality screens. It shouldn't affect the screen later on.
okay yeah it's a low quality lcd i got from china and i don't wanna open the phone to readjust the home button because if you do take out the lcd from the motherboard and put it back even after correct fixing on the motherboard ghost clicking starts when you on the phone and i don't want that to happen again

They don't really wear out. The worst usually is physical damage.
