Why won't my zte sonata 3 turn on?
when i turn it on, the cricket word comes on and it stay like that. I can't access anything.

Hi,
Try performing a hard reset on your phone.
Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your user data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.
Before you perform a hard reset , ensure that the battery is fully charged. Do not leave the charger connected when you do the hard reset. Remove the external SD Card (if any installed).

Be patient, it takes a little while for the reset to complete.

Hi @Roberto Hondares,
Why can't you do a hard reset? Do you not want to lose your data perhaps? If your data is not important what happens when you try a hard reset?

Take note regarding the fact that a hard reset will erase all your data etc.

Hello. Last Sat., my phone was working OK. It had 98%. By 4:00 it didn't work. No lite on top. I even charge it. And nothing. The screen was black. By 9 p. m. Still wasn't working. So I try one thing. I open the back case and took out my battery and waited for few minutes. And then put back battery. And turn it on. And it work. No data lost. I even went to Cricket and the sale person couldn't help me. She said I don't know what to tell u. That was real sad.
