Powers on, flashing blue light, sometimes won't power on at all

I have had my PS4 around 4 years . Dropped it on the ground accidentally moving furniture. Not the first time it's been dropped.

Tried putting washers under the bracket inside the top case, worked for about a week after I attempted this.

Now, sometimes it will power on, then it will either flash the blue light, or it will power to white light , work for a moment but then cut out.

I believe I have it narrowed down to either 1. The HDD and the connection to whatever it goes to is loose and failing, causing it to start sometimes , but then jarring loose or simply vibration from the fan.(I know it sounds somewhat unrealistic)

2. The power supply is not working properly. It clicks on sometimes in the corner internally where the power supply connects to some internal hardware of the ps4. Then shuts off immediately .

I'm not much of a electronics repairman but I have it completely torn apart and wanted some opinions on either buying a new power supply or just buying the new PS4 model coming out?
