won't turn on I hear a click
My TV won't turn on I hear a click when it goes on but no thing comes on the screen the red light blinks I had a guy from master Touch TV repair come and fix it and now he is not returning my phone calls can you please tell me what's wrong with it and can I fix it in order the parts myself or can you help me find somebody that's reliable. Fixing it

capitanstan sounds like a power board issue. The clicking is the relay on the power supply. What exact model is your TV and what did the last person repalce or repair? does the red light blink in any pattern?
