lens obstruction scratched lens
my camera sometimes says lens obstruction when it is on and shuts off. there is a small scratch on the lens. is this causing it?

cindy tozer the obstruction refers to the lens extending or extracting. The scratch on the lens is most likely not responsible for that. We could probably provide you with a more detailed answer if you tell us what model your camera is.
