1 Why is my rival CM4015 coffee maker not boiling the water?
My coffee maker wont get hot and boil the water for the coffee. Any suggestions?

Test to see if the coffee maker turns on, the power button on the side of the device should light up when pushed.
If it does and the water does not boil within 5 minutes of being on, then you might have a defective heating element. You should replace the heating element using the following replacement guide.
