USB ports missing 5V voltage, isight camera not working too...

Hello,

My MacBook Pro 13" 2011 late don't have voltage on USB ports ( 5V ). And isight camera not working too... Maybe USB voltage and camera on same line ?

I have done SMC and PRAM resets... It will be hardware problem. Any suggestion to check parts on mother board and etc ?....
