Phone will not turn on
The phone has never been opened for service but yet it will not turn on, it does run warm but will that cause a complete shutdown? Or is it a motherboard issue

Dear Lourenco,
There are two possibilities of that would have caused the blackout:
1) The battery has spoilt.
2) The motherboard has spoilt.
I think the only solution will be to take the phone to the store then...

Check with new battery and charger port. Sometimes It's just one of those that need to be replaced.
