Einstellungen

to reset the tablet you'll need to disconnect the battery and reboot the tablet . this shows how to pull the battery. you dont have to remove the battery just disconnect for a minute then reconnect and boot this should fix you right up

Sometimes holding volume down + power button + home will be enough as a hard shutdown to fix the problem as well.
