Why does my screen have 3 horizontal yellow lines in the middle?

My calculator screen has 3 light yellow dotted horizontal lines in the middle. Also, when I tried to use the background feature the images appear bled through. They look like a misaligned printer head that creates images that are miscolored and has lines through it. It's not water damage. What is the problem?
