I replaced the LCD on my iPhone 6 but the edges at the bottom around the headphone jack and speaker wont line up plush with the metal frame or bottom half of the iphone. Everywhere else is perfect and fits nice and tight, how can i fix this and why is it doing this???

Can you post pictures?
Maybe your back housing/cover is bent. I would say 60% of all iPhone 6/6plus bent.
Or maybe you didn't put it back properly. The frame + metal plate maybe not go all the way inside to the base.

It was bent I did some bending with plyers to get it where it's at now which is far better but I'm OCD when it comes to my repairs so it's just not enough it also has some dents in it so I'm assuming it could also be because of these drop damages on the phone. The gap is small so I'm mainly trying to find a way of fixing it with maybe like a glue or past or something along those lines but I don't know what would be best.
I think you are right. It won't fit perfectly once the phone is bent and if it has dent around the corner. Hope your new LCD has good quality. Otherwise, frame maybe separate from the screen because of bent.
And if the gap is small then, better leave it that way. If this is for your customer then, show them and explain them it won't be fit like before and let them use a good case that cover all edges. Or change the whole back housing.

Is the metal iPhone housing frame damaged?

How do I post a picture this thing didn't show my pictur [ ] it's only at the base of the phone, like I said it's plush against the frame elsewhere.

Technically I've already answered my own question I guess as the frame is damaged, what I'm really trying to figure out is how can I fix it, I guess a better question would have been "how can I fix a bent rear casing?". I've found that iFixit has a bend repair tool which is pretty sweet but they don't have all models it looked like and It's a good buck for the thing which kind of sucks.
