I'm fixing the 3DS of my son.
During the disassembling process I found this piece and now I don't know where it was located. Searching on internet doesn't help at all. Any suggestion here?

It's for the camera flash. It goes on the back case that you have to remove in order to get the top screen out. I'll attach an image and circle the area where it goes.

Hello,
The picture you uploaded is not to clear, but there is a possibility that this is the camera. But, please put back together the DS and see if it works. then do a diagnosis from there

Mirco, please post a clearer picture of the part. You can compare it to the parts picture in the 3DS teardown here on iFixit.
