I want to repair a Apple Powerbook G4 VGA, 400 oder 500 MHz, Model 5884.

and i need to know what type is the diode D15, with the markin N HII

Einstellungen

Don't have a schematic for this myself, but search the board number on Google, followed by schematic. You can then search for the diode in there (if that is the correct reference number) and it will give you the values.

Had a quick Google and can see schematics are available, so you should be able to find this :)
