Not powering on, not resetting,but charges battery

So ive looked through tons of possible answers for the Not powering on thing no one has been able to help me solve this and I just don't have money to take it in. Is there a possibility of me fixing this. I plugged it in this morning. It actually showed the percentage but once I hit Tue power button the screen shut off and hasn't turned on since. This was after it wasn't powering on already. I've dome the discharge method where you take the battery out and press and hold the power button for a few mins to discharge and then try again but nothing. I also have tried to do that and the soft and hard reset versions. Phone doesn't vibrate PR power back on at all. I charge it and there's no heat so its not a charging issue or bad battery. I can't figure put why the screen works but it won't power on. Any help guys? Thanks!
