@gmcduffysr download the service manual from here. Page 50 tells you how to replace the board. To find a suitable mother board do an online search with your favorite search engine and you should find places like this and many more.

Call dell up, ask for parts and give them your service tag and ask for a compatible motherboard, if they still have one on hand. Otherwise you're SoL. It will also be helpful to look up the part number and have that ready prior.
