The steamer only works for a few seconds before the steam pressure goes down and I have to wait until the light goes off and it resets before I can continue. Everyone else says that they are abl to use this model for 45 minutes straight. It's taking me hours to do just one room of carpet.

This is where I am with the same issue. Demineralizing didn’t work, so I’m going to try fishing the line with a slender piece of copper. If I reach the other end, I may repeat the demineralization process with something other than straight vinegar (which hasn’t worked the many times prior, even when heated ) I’ve talked to the company and she offered me 30% off a brand new unit. Have you found out anything new?
