It sounds like your LCD may have gone bad. If you have a lightning to HDMI adapter you can plug that in and see if your phone screen shows up on your television or not. If it does then it is a simple LCD going bad and you just need to replace your LCD. If it doesn't show up on your television then you have something more serious going on.
Before doing any repairs connect your device to your computer and do a backup in iTunes so you don't risk losing any information.
