Why isnt my Wifi working?

Hey guy. My iphones wifi wont work. i have reseted the network. I have tried to downgrade the software but i cant. I cant install Wififofum. I have replaced the number 6 cable. When i try to find Wifis all it does is load. Please help me :(

Try to restore your iphone again (if you already haven't). Sometimes apps and jailbreak apps can cause funky problems with the wifi.The number 6 flex cable may also not be making a clear connection on the main board. This may require you to pull out some fancy soldering skills. Let me know if you get this figured out. Good luck.

Well i have tried Restoring, many times. But am just gonna wait till i get cellular data to download Wififofum. if that doesn't work im gonna take it in to an apple store to see whats wrong and see if i can fix it.
